The Monaco Yacht Show Impresses Yacht-Lovers Once Again With An Impressive Journey Into The World of Yachting

The Monaco Yacht Show has once again impressed its visitors with a magnificent collection dedicated to the world of yachting at Port Hercule in Monaco from the 27th to the 30th of September. This remarkable annual event gathers guests from all over the world every year and is dedicated to the spectacular world of superyachts.

The show was first started in 1991 and is now held for four days at Port Hercule in Monaco every year. The venue is the only deep-water port in Monaco and is the world’s number one yachting destination. This year the event was conducted in two locations in the port: Quai Antoine ler, where visitors could see an impressive display of luxury vehicles, tenders and water toys and Quai Jarlan, where twenty yacht tenders were displayed.

The organisers of the event have spared neither expense nor effort to bring the full spectrum of yachting experiences to their guests. This year the show was delighted to announce the return of the Adventure Area, a thematic exhibition dedicated to adventure, exploration and leisure activities related to yachts. It featured an extensive collection of superyacht tenders, luxurious off-road vehicles, water toys, the latest high-tech gadgets and helicopters, which all helped to provide a truly immersive experience for the visitors of the event.

This year’s show also offered a varied and immersive display of yachts and products related to yachting to its viewers. Impressively, 560 carefully selected exhibitors ranging from naval designers and architects to manufacturers of tenders and nautical gadgets, showcased excellence and innovation in the yachting trade. 117 superyachts, including 3 extraordinary catamarans were presented at the event, making it the ultimate gathering of maritime luxury. New additions to this impressive fleet included the 45 yachts that were just launched in 2023 right alongside 16 yachts that were launched or refitted in 2022. What’s more, the show’s exhibits went beyond sea-related products, with 30 cars and motorcycles being displayed in the Adventure Area and 2 helicopters soaring in the skies above the event.

The creation of an expanded exhibition was inspired by the growing demand for more varied thrilling adventures and bespoke experiences in the yachting world. Today’s yacht enthusiasts are increasingly eager to be involved in all aspects of adventure-related activities. They want to drive all-terrain vehicles at the North Pole, go on underwater excursions, explore secluded islands on yacht tenders and enjoy personalised tours of historical and cultural sites along the coast, as well as to see wildlife while preserving their ecosystems and even participate in scientific research during their yachting trips.

The Monaco Yacht Show is a truly magnificent event that has become the star of summer events in Monaco. It is world-renowned for the exceptional quality of its superyachts and their impressive length. Its fleet has an average length of 50m and mega yachts that exceed 100m. The show is especially important for private visitors who come to discover an outstanding collection of superyachts available for purchase or charter and to meet industry experts in the festive and glamorous atmosphere of Monaco. The show is organised under the High Patronage of His Serene Highness Prince Albert II of Monaco.
